To resolve the communications fault, please restart your 3G Solar Analytics Monitoring device by switching the circuit breaker that is connected to the device OFF for approximately 2 minutes, before switching ON again. This circuit breaker usually has a SC-23 or KR-63 or the serial number sticker label on it. If you cannot locate it, then try the light circuit breaker. (Please note, do not switch off the Solar Supply Main Switch.)
After restarting, the lights on the device should behave in the following pattern:
L1 light should flash first and become solid, then L2 light should flash and become solid, then L3 light should flash and become solid. Please allow 1-2 minutes. After this process, all 3 lights should stay solid. This indicates the device is communicating again.
If the 3 lights do not turn solid after some time, then please email Solar Analytics on email@example.com with the description of the lighting pattern.
