This page aims to explain the pricing of Solar Analytics subscription, in particular for the sites that have KR-63.
The pricing is based on the size of the Solar PV system:
- > 15kW
THE PRICING IS FOR EVERY 2 SOLAR ANALYTICS MONITORING DEVICES ON THE SAME SITE ID. This deal doesn't apply for multiple devices at the same address under the different site IDs.
- 1 device = 1 subscription
- 2 devices = 1 subscription
- 3 devices = 2 subscriptions
- 5 devices = 3 subscriptions
- And the list goes on ...

For the new customers, all payment plans include 30 days of a free trial. In most cases, your Solar PV system provided has included the subscription as part of the system cost, unless this is a retrofit installation.
Please make sure that a correct email address has been registered to our system that we may remind you when the subscription is due for renewal. If you haven't logged in to your dashboard for a while, click here to access your dashboard.

Due to our Privacy & Policy, Solar Analytics subscription is not transferrable between Site Owner and Site Address. Hence, if you move from one property to another, you may take the Solar Analytics device with you to be installed at the new property, however, you will need a new subscription to begin monitoring your energy profile at the new property. Or, if you decided to leave the Solar Analytics device at the property, the New Owner needs to contact Solar Analytics to get his site set up and purchased a subscription plan to get his energy monitored by Solar Analytics device.
All of the new sites are eligible for the 30 days of a free trial of Solar Analytics monitoring service.
Payment by invoice is available only for the 5 years OR Lifetime subscription plan.
If you FAILED to RE-SUBSCRIBE AFTER 30 DAYS the SUBSCRIPTION HAS LAPSED, the access to the previous data will be cut-off. Upon renewing the data after the subscription has been cut-off, you will only have the data starting from your new subscription date.
