How do I renew?
You can only renew your subscription through the Solar Analytics dashboard.
- 'Click here' button on the renew banner
- 'My subscription' from the menu.
On the subscription page, you will be able to choose a payment plan to continue with the subscription.
The following page will be presented for the payment plan (For more information about the payment plan, please click here).
You will then be asked to fill your credit card details. Please note that only the following credit cards are accepted:
- American Express
My credit card expired. Will the subscription continue?
No. Your plan will expire when your credit card is no longer active. This can be resolved by updating your credit card details on "My subscription" page.
On the subscription page, you will be able to update the payment plan and the credit card detail to continue with the subscription.
Where can I see the receipts?
This can be found by going to 'My subscription' page and clicking onto the "Billing history" button. You will be able to view and download all your payment history.
