When you log in to your dashboard and see the "NO DATA" error (below image), this means that your Solar Analytics monitor is not communicating with our servers and it is offline.
This can happen due to a weak signal strength or a network outage issue.

The Solar Analytics monitor is capable of storing 2 weeks' data after going offline. Once it starts communicating again, it should upload the missing data after some time. If it doesn't, please feel free to contact us.
