Customer On-boarding

Here you will find information to help your customer get started with Solar Analytics. 

Once operational, we would like you to get in touch with your customer and:

  1. Ensure they received our invitation email
  2. Ensure they have downloaded the App 
  3. Share our link here of the end-user getting started page

Solar Analytics will send a series of educational emails, videos and tutorials to assist your customer over the first 6 weeks of operation, and then a monthly email of summary reports.
