It appears that your Inverter has lost its Internet connection to SunGrow iSolarCloud. As a result, we cannot receive and analyse Inverter data.
This loss of connection may typically be due to the following reasons,
- Home WiFi router settings changed.
- WiFi signal strength is too low.
To reconfigure your SunGrow Inverter WiFi connection, you might need to download Sungrow’s iSolarCloud APP on your smartphone. You would have received an iSolarCloud invitation email from Sungrow when your Solar Installer first commissioned your system - this email contains your original account password for your iSolarCloud account.
